Easy! Jet Cash is earned when you make a purchase at fanjetsusa.com.

• Jet Cash is earned on the purchase amount after all applicable discounts are applied and before tax is applied.
• A maximum of $30 of Jet Cash is earned in a single transaction.

Jet Cash is not legal tender. No cash back. Jet Cash Earn: Customer will receive a $5 Jet Cash Coupon for every $50 spent in a single transaction during a purchase. A Jet Cash Coupon is earned on the amount of customer merchandise after all applicable discounts are applied and before tax is imposed. Qualifying customer purchases exclude the purchase of Gift Certificates, installation service or shipping insurance. Jet Cash Redeem: Coupon can be redeemed during the two month redeem window on a future order. Jet Cash Coupons and other dollar-off discounts will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts/coupons. Jet Cash Coupon may not be redeemed to purchase Gift Cards; (2) as price adjustments on prior purchases; or (3) to pay for any services or fees, including edf unit/motor install, taxes and shipping. If merchandise purchased earning a Jet Cash Coupon is subsequently returned or price adjusted, the value of the Jet Cash Coupon previously earned and/or the amount of the merchandise refund will be reduced to reflect any unearned value. Return value of merchandise purchased with a Jeet Cash Coupon may be subject to adjustment. Coupon is nontransferable.

When you place an order at fanjetsusa.com, your Jet Cash will arrive via email. We’ll send it to the email address you give us at checkout. The coupon will be included in the email that contains shipping information for the order that it was derived from.

Please give 24-48 hours for the coupon to become active once the order ships.

Sometimes Jet Cash emails get blocked by email filters. If you don’t receive your Jet Cash via email, check the blocked email folder in your account. You also may need to add the email address fanjetsusa@gmail.com to your approved senders/address book. If you still don’t see your Jet Cash email, please contact Customer Service at fanjetsusa@gmail.com.  Be sure to include your name and order number.

To redeem your Jet Cash at fanjetsusa.com: At checkout, enter the Jet Cash coupon code, and the value of your Jet Cash will be deducted from your order total. Promotion dates are based on Eastern Time and your Jet Cash is only valid for two months after the coupon is issued.

Please note that Jet Cash will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts and only one Jet Cash coupon is redeemable in a single transaction.

Yes, of course! We’ll just have to decrease the value of your Jet Cash Coupon.

Did you already spend your Jet Cash?
No problem! If you’ve already used your Jet Cash, you’ll get a refund in the form of your original payment, minus the amount of the Jet Cash Coupon you spent.

Are you returning merchandise that was purchased with Jet Cash?
Again, no problem. We’ll return the value of the Jet Cash Coupon to you as Return Jet Cash, valid for 30 days from the date of your return.

We’re sorry, Jet Cash is only valid for two months once the coupon code is issued.  The coupon is issued when the order is processed and shipped out.  An order processed and shipped out on January 1st will expire on March 1st for example.

We’ll try to help! If you have the invoice number from the purchase that earned the Jet Cash, we may be able to find the coupon code number for your Jet Cash and see if it’s been used. We can only do this if you have your invoice number and it is during the valid coupon time frame.
