Once an order is placed, you will receive an email from Fan Jets USA with order information.  Upon processing the order, the customer will receive an email confirming the completion of the order and another email with tracking information.  If the email is not received in the inbox, check the spam folder.

Shipping Notice: Please note that delivery delays may occur due to the government shutdown and reduced number of flights.  As a result, expedited shipping with package carriers can not be guaranteed.  No refunds will be available if a package is not delivered within an expedited timeframe.
