Fan Jets USA accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal by using our shopping cart. Money orders and cashier’s checks are also accepted by selecting money orders when you place the order. If paying by money order or cashier’s check, the product will be sent out immediately upon receiving the money order or cashier’s check.

Order fulfillment: Most orders ship out in 24 hours. It is possible that your order may come in separate boxes due to the items being shipped; if you don't receive a complete order please feel free to contact Fan Jets USA.

Price matching: We take great pride in making sure we get you the best-made products at the lowest price available. If you find the same product at a lower price before your purchase we will do our best to match the price. Other offers or specials may not qualify, such as free shipping. Price matching does not apply to companies, not in the United States, close-outs, or out-of-stock items. Certain items fall under MAP pricing policies from certain manufacturers and may not be able to be price matched. Price matching is done solely at our discretion and is only available on phone orders.

Backorders: While we strive to keep everything in stock at all times we may be out of stock on items from time to time. If you contact us by phone or email, we will be happy to take your name/phone number/email address and let you know when the item is back in stock. There is no commitment required on your part to purchase the item or to prepay for the item. Backorders are on a first come first serve basis.

Special Orders: If there is an item that you want, but we do not carry, please contact us. We can be reached by email or by phone. The special order is limited to distributors that Fan Jets USA has accounts with. The items must be paid for in advance and are non-returnable unless they are deemed defective by Fan Jets USA Management.

Refunds: Refunds will be based on the given situation and order. If an order is placed using PayPal, this will be how the refund will be given. It is important to note that a PayPal fee may be charged to the recipient of the refund by PayPal. Fan Jets USA will not be responsible for adding additional funds to compensate for the usage fee. This is the cost of the customer using PayPal.

Returns: We will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Customers wishing to return an item must call or email first in order to get a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Fan Jets USA and a 20% restocking fee will apply. The shipping cost will not be refunded. We do not accept returns via COD or any other collection method. These packages will be refused. Any kit or ARF that has been assembled in any way will not be allowed for return or exchange. We inspect all planes before sending them out, any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date. Electronic items are not returnable.  A return authorization number must be included with the returned items.  If an RA # has not been awarded the return will be rejected. If an order consists of an installation service, those products are not returnable.

Damaged returns: Damaged merchandise includes any item that has been damaged in shipping. If a box arrives that has apparent damage, please refuse delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork as we may need more information from them. Do not attempt to return the damaged items to us without contacting us first. This may jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipping company and you may not receive the credit due to you.

Defective returns: If your item won't work and does not appear to have any damage it is considered defective. Contact us and we will attempt to troubleshoot the problem and fix it right away. Some manufacturers require us to handle this in different ways. Some allow us to exchange the item for you, and some require you to send the item directly to them with a copy of your invoice. Please call us and we will help you determine the fastest way for you to get the issue resolved. If it is determined that the item is not defective due to our testing, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on the item to be returned to them. Fan Jets USA reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with a new item or repair it. Electronic items are not returnable and there is no warranty through Fan Jets USA. All warranty claims must go through the manufacturer of electric items. Fan Jets USA reserves the right to require the customer to send defective items to or contact the manufacturer to determine whether it is defective or not. Any modification to a product will void any and all warranties that may be available.

Shipping: Fan Jets USA uses a variety of shipping sources. If you require a specific carrier or carrier service you are responsible for the shipping charges. Fan Jets USA and/or the carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot ask a carrier to just leave the package when a signature is required. You may contact the carrier for instructions on available options. Any shipments over $500.00 are a direct signature requirement with FedEx or UPS. Once a package is successfully delivered to the shipping company, Fan Jets USA is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the merchandise. We are not responsible for delays in shipping that are due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card you will be in possession of stolen merchandise and will be responsible for any legal or collection action related to the shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. WE CAN NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES IF YOU INTEND TO USE FEDEX OR UPS. At checkout, it will be shown what your exact shipping charges will be.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that items damaged or lost during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier, not Fan Jets USA. Once the items in the order have been delivered to the shipper that the customer has chosen, Fan Jets USA assumes no liability for the delivery of the order. If there is shipping damage on an order, Fan Jets USA can assist in the claim of shipping damage with the chosen carrier. Management strongly encourages customers to purchase shipping insurance to ensure the recovery of money if the package is lost during shipping by the carrier.  If insurance is not purchased that is at the customer's discretion and may be reimbursed for only a portion of the order amount. This shipping method is chosen at the customer's risk.  First-class mail does not come with insurance for damage or a lost package.  The loss is not the responsibility of Fan Jets USA.

Our responsibility: We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of any item incurred during the operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases, it is impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. We do our best in recommending the right product for our customers but cannot be held responsible for compatibility issues. We provide information and ideas to the best of our abilities based on the information given to us by the manufacturers. We cannot guarantee successful outcomes. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts, also our radio systems are meant to be used in the U.S.A. and may not be suitable for international use. All pictures, prices, and product descriptions on this site are subject to change. In the event of typographical errors on our site or any advertisements, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. Please contact us within 14 days regarding any price discrepancies.
