Description

EME (Eagle Master Engine) is a highly regarded brand of 2-stroke gasoline engines built specifically for large-scale and giant-scale RC aircraft. Known for offering an excellent balance of value, smooth performance, and premium hardware (such as genuine Walbro carburetors and NSK/NRB bearings), they are widely recognized for their optional onboard electric auto-start systems.

• • Genuine Fuel Systems: Unlike many competitors that use replica carburetors, EME installs authentic Walbro carburetors across their product line to prevent finicky tuning and ensure linear throttle response.
  • Onboard Auto-Starters: EME was one of the first brands to make highly integrated electric starters popular. Starters can be bought pre-installed or added later via specialized Auto Start Kits. They use a heavy-duty brushed motor paired with a one-way bearing to safely start the engine from your transmitter switch.
  • High-End Ignition Modules: All modern variants utilize high-voltage Rcexl or EME electronic ignitions (rated for 4.8V to 12V or 2S LiPo direct), removing the need for a separate voltage regulator on your ignition battery.
