Description

The Hobbywing line of speed controls offers the latest in technology, giving them an edge in reliability and performance for any application in an aircraft.  The Skywalker series features DEO (Driving Efficiency Optimization) technology implemented in the esc, which provides multiple advantages over other speed controls.  A faster and smoother throttle response, which produces better stability and flexibility during flight.  It operates at higher efficiency, giving longer flight time.  The ESC will function at a lower temperature, which gives more reliable operation and the life span of the speed control.

Soft Start-ups and Reverse Brake

The Skywalker series features soft start-up modes for airplanes and edf aircraft of various sizes.  With reverse brake mode enabled landing distance can be shortened.  Normal brake mode, proportional brake mode, and brake disabled mode are also available.  The brake amount is adjustable in normal brake mode, while in proportional brake mode will automatically be applied based on the position of the throttle.

Multiple Protections

To protect the ESC and help it last for years, multiple features are put in place, including start-up, over-current, ESC thermal, capacitor thermal, overload, throttle signal loss (fail-safe), and abnormal input voltage protection.

New Design and Great Performance

The new V2 design brings great looks and exceptional heat-dissipating performance.  The high-performance 32-bit microprocessor and the printed circuit board create very low impedance, giving great endurance performance and reliability to the Skywalker series.

Multiple Programmable Parameters

The Skywalker series features multiple programmable parameters for setups of different fixed-wing aircraft, which can be adjusted by the transmitter with the Hobbywing LED program box.
