The General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) F-16 Fighting Falcon is an American single-engine supersonic multirole fourth-generation fighter aircraft developed by General Dynamics and produced by multiple companies, including General Dynamics until 1993 and Lockheed Martin until 2017. Designed as an air superiority day fighter, it evolved into a successful all-weather multirole aircraft with over 4,600 built since 1976.

The F16 is a moderate build, not for the beginner nor for your first edf jet.  It has a wide flight envelope as it can fly at low or high speeds with great stability. RBC Kits created a great-looking jet that is easy to repair. The RBC kit features construction of balsa, plywood, and ABS plastic to make an easy-to-build/repair kit that has great flying characteristics.  The kit contains all parts CNC cut, including all wood to finish the kit.  A large, clear CAD drawing is also included, with a vacuum-formed canopy and nose cone. It features a large top hatch for easy access to the battery and receiver area. Built on a frame where the parts interlock for strength.  It features removable wings for easy transportation.

Does not come with decals, landing gear, or a hardware kit.

All wood and sheeting to make the F16, 5 sheets of balsa, 10 sheets of lite ply
Some sheets are laser-cut, most of them are fine, CNC-cut
Spruce, ply, and balsa stringers
Carbon rods for the tailerons and CNC-cut horns and rings for the connection
175 CNC cut ply and balsa parts. There is no hardware  in the F16, like hinges and horns, etc

ITEMS NEEDED FOR COMPLETION:

• Ducted Fan: 100-120mm class fan unit- E-Jets Jetfan, Schubeler AXI Series.  We do not recommend X-Fly, HSD, or Freewing EDF units due to a lack of performance and power.
• Brushless Motor: 100-120mm Class
• Electronic Speed Control: Brushless
• Retract Gear: Servo-less Retract with Metal Trunion and frame. Comes with mounting brackets and formers for the JP Hobby F16 electric retract set with control box, struts, retracts, and brakes.
• Radio: 6ch for regular operation: Tailerons, flaps, elevator, rudder, throttle, retracts (steering)
• Servos: 13g or higher metal gear
• Li-Po Battery:  100mm= 8-12S recommended w/ 40C rate or higher 5500mAh (14s is strongly discouraged)
