RBC Kits Mirage 2000

Description

The Mirage 2000 is a moderate-to-build kit. It is a fast-flying jet and is not recommended for a novice flyer.  It has a wide flight envelope, as it can do a slow flyby or speed up for an aerobatic thrill ride. RBC Kits created a great-looking jet that is easy to repair. The RBC kit features construction of balsa, plywood, and ABS plastic to make an easy-to-build/repair kit that has great flying characteristics.  The kit contains all parts CNC-cut, including all wood to finish the kit.  A large, clear CAD drawing is also included, with a vacuum-formed canopy. It features a large top hatch for easy access to the battery and receiver area. Built on a frame where the parts interlock for strength.  It features removable wings for easy transportation.

Does not come with decals, landing gear, or a hardware kit.

ITEMS NEEDED FOR COMPLETION:

• Ducted Fan: 90mm class fan unit- E-Jets Jetfan, Schubeler AXI Series, or HET 6904-700 EDF Units.
• Brushless Motor: 90mm Class (HET 700 Series)
• Electronic Speed Control: Brushless
• Retract Gear: JP Hobby ER-005 Retracts with ER-005 Struts
• Radio: 5ch for regular operation: Ailerons, elevator, rudder, throttle, retracts (steering)
• Servos: 13g or higher metal gear (x7)
• Li-Po Battery:
  • 90mm= 6-8s recommended w/ 40C discharge rate or higher 5000mAh
